Your First Lagree Class: What to Expect, Minute by Minute

Your First Lagree Class: What to Expect, Minute by Minute

From the first spring to the last count, here is how the fifty minutes unfold and how to survive the first eight minutes.

Preparation and Machine Familiarity

Arrive 15 minutes before class. Your trainer will walk you through carriage mechanics, spring settings, and safety protocols. Fitted activewear and grip socks are compulsory to ensure maximum stability and hygiene on the machine.

During the first five minutes, you will begin with core stabilization movements that immediately ignite the transverse abdominis and deep stabilizing muscles.

Surviving the Shake

By minute eight, your muscles will begin to shake. This is completely natural. Stay calm, maintain your slow 4-count tempo, and breathe steadily. You can adjust your range or spring load at any moment with the help of your coach.

Conclusion

Expect to feel changed, energized, and sore in muscles you didn't know existed. Hydrate well, rest, and consistency will compound your progress.
